Pricing questions
What does it cost my business?
Nothing. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no invoice, and nothing is taken out of what you are paid.
Then who pays SPLTR?
The customer does. A flat $1 plan fee is included in each instalment they pay, so a $300 purchase over 10 instalments is 10 payments of $31.
Can I earn on it?
Yes. Set the plan fee above our $1 and the difference is yours, on every instalment of every plan.
Does the customer see a separate fee?
No. Their schedule shows one amount per payment, and the total before they agree to it — never a surcharge added later.
What about Stripe's fees?
Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + 30 cents in the US) apply to each charge, as they would for any card payment.
When is the SPLTR fee taken?
Out of each instalment as it is charged — you never get an invoice.
